Crouching Tiger Hidden Carrot

Tapatio Reposado

La Garrocha Amontillado

Aveze Gentiane Liqueur

oz
Carrot Syrup
(1:1 Carrot Juice and Sugar, heated and cooled)
3/4
oz
Lemon Juice
4
dashes
Vieux Pontarlie Absinthe
Instructions
For the Carrot Syrup: Heat equal parts carrot juice and sugar. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Keep in the refrigerator.
For the cocktail: Mix all ingredients well in a shaker. Double strain and pour in to a coupe glass. No garnish necessary.
