Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake then strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a piece of candied bacon.
"Beef Whiskey" - place 5 oz of spicy beef jerky in a glass container and top with a bottle of R5 Whiskey. Let sit for a day, then strain jerky out. Store Beef Whiskey.
Cinnamon Syrup - mix 1 1/2 oz Old Fashioned Bitters with 32 oz rich simple syrup.
