Epic Steak's Bloody Mary
Servings: 1
- 1 1/2 oz Meyer Lemon Vodka
- 1 dash Sriracha
- 1 dash Tabasco Sauce
- 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 spoonful Horseradish
- 1 squeeze Lemon Juice
- 1 squeeze Lime Juice
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 top Tomato Juice
Combine all (except tomato juice) in a cocktail shaker, adjust spice to taste and shake well. Add ice and then top up with tomato juice. Shake again well and pour into a glass rimmed with Hawaiian Black Lava Salt. Garnish with a skewer of house-brined pearl onions, Catelvetrano Olives, charcuterie from Boccalone Salumeria in the San Francisco Ferry Building and lemon & lime wedge.
