Tahitian Vanilla Bean Rum

Simple Syrup
(1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, heated until dissolved)

oz
Fresh Lime Juice
2 1/2
oz
Club Soda
1
sprig
Mint Leaves
Instructions
For the cocktail: In a mixing glass muddle mint, lime juice and simple syrup well. Add rum, club soda with ice and stir together.
