Our business office is open M-F, 9-5pm (closed all major holidays).

Can I pickup my orders?
You are welcome to personally pick up your order. If you live in the Bay Area or are visiting from out of town please give us a call and we will prepare the wine for your arrival.
Where can you ship?
We ship where legal. Please call us for additional information. 
Do you provide storage of my wines?
We provide storage only during the warm summer months, because of the difficult shipping temperatures. Once the temperatures subside in the Fall (usually mid October here in California) we then begin shipping orders as efficiently as possible. When the conditions are right we look to ship all orders, mostly because we figure our customers are mighty thirsty!!
Has my order shipped?
You will receive an email when your wine ships. You can also click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Decided to share your Charbay? Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. (Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.)
