Chilled & Straight Up
Angele Green Tea Cooler
2 oz. Charbay Green Tea Vodka 2 oz. lemon juice 2 oz. simple syrup*
Add all ingredients to ice filled highball glass; top with soda water; genetly roll into a shaker to mix and pour back into the glass; garnish a with lemon wedge (courtesy of Angele Restaurant in Napa, CA)
*Simple Syrup - Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Stir in the 2 cups of sugar - stir until fully dissolved. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Save in a bottle for adding to cocktails, iced tea, etc.
Charbay Green Teani
2 oz. Charbay Green Tea Vodka 2 oz. ufiltered premuim Sake
Combine Charbay Green Tea Vodka and Sake in a shaker with ice; shake until frosty and strain into a martini glass
Mochi Cocktail
1.5 oz. Charbay Green Tea Vodka ½ oz. simple syrup ¾ oz. skim milk 3 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters
