What to anticipate from Charbay in 2010:
- The next release of Charbay ports; always made with the brandy we distill for them.
- I am gathering the history of our brandy distilling going back to 1983 as we get ready to release our first Brandy: the 1983 Folle Blanche.
-Done - Marko became a Master Distiller in 2010. Miles set the rules: “To become a Master Distiller, you must distill and bring to market a product equal to or better then that which you have distilled under your master.” Marko has been working on this for two years and will release his own whiskey soon. ( We often say, if it were really easy, everyone would do it).
- Our next Grappa will be an aged Pinot Noir Grappa.
- Charbay Pinot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc wines - 2010 releases.
- Apple Brandy & Pear Brandy/Liqueur will be released in 2010.
