The Story Behind Charbay Ruby Port

Mellow flavors of intense, fruity Cabernet from Spring Mountain wrap around the
8-year-old hand distilled Charbay Brandy within to create a deeply, delicious Port.

We use the traditional Port method of fermentaton but the ingredients are world's apart.
 

Here in California, we can choose which ripe fruit we want to ferment. We choose which rich barrel aged hand-distilled library Brandy we want to use. Our focus is on the flavors at hand and where we want to guide them.

 What’s new: Marko used his favorite bar tops instead of corks for the Ruby Port. They’re easier for you to open and close the bottle. Suggested serving size is up to 2 oz.
